Hite Saunders Little League was established in 1958 behind Hite Saunders Elementary School.  Over the years, while other leagues combined and some folded, HSLL has stayed strong.  Hite Saunders Little League was able to expand when Riverside Little League (formerly League 6) folded.  In 2016, Riverside Field, off of Ferguson Road, was permanently made a softball field, now home to Hite Saunders Little League minor, major and senior divisions of softball.  The baseball complex consists of two fields behind Hite Saunders Elementary.
